About Cacao Essentia

Cacao Essentia is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker working with single-origin cacao from Karavali, Karnataka.

Every bar we make starts as a cacao pod grown on the Karnataka coast. We ferment, roast, winnow, conch and temper in small batches — refusing shortcuts, refusing additives. What you taste is the bean, the terroir, and the slow craft.

Alongside our bars, we bake small-batch cookies with French butter and brown sugar — because a great cookie deserves the same respect as a great chocolate.
