What does the cocoa percentage mean?
The cocoa percentage indicates the amount of cocoa ingredients in the chocolate. Higher percentages generally offer a richer cocoa flavour and lower sweetness. For example, our 65% dark chocolates deliver a more intense chocolate experience than our 55% dark chocolates.
Are these bars Vegan?
55% and above bars are Vegan. However, bars with less than 55% cocoa content containts dairy. For eg - Cookie and Cream contains milk, so it is not vegan.
What is Khandsari and how it is good for health?
Khandsari is unprocessed and raw cane sugar which does not spike your Glocose Index tremendously.
What is the origin of the chocolate bar?
Why may the appearance of the chocolate vary slightly from batch to batch?
Our chocolates are crafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Minor variations in colour, texture, or inclusions are a sign of authentic craftsmanship and do not affect quality or taste.
How should I store my chocolate bars?
Store your chocolate in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. The ideal storage temperature is between 16°C and 22°C. Refrigeration is usually not required.
